Thank you for choosing to book an appointment. Please read the following policy carefully before confirming your booking:

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is only refundable if at least 28 days’ notice is given for a cancellation.

You may reschedule your appointment once, provided you give a minimum of 7 days’ notice.

Cancellations made withing 48 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the full appointment cost.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in 100% of the appointment cost being charged. In this case, no future appointments will be accepted until the outstanding balance is settled.
